We have permanent part time, weekday shifts available for the right person! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a Social Carer / Lifestyle (Activities) Assistant, you will join our vibrant Lifestyle team creating an innovative and unique program for our residents. Come and have fun with our residents, play bingo, cards, games, arts and craft and so much more!

You will have an instrumental role in our home and ensuring its ongoing success.

We need a person who can assist in our Lifestyle team who has:

- Experience delivering lifestyle programs in larger residential aged care homes
- Proven experience supporting the implementation ofnew systems and processes for lifestyle activities
- Knowledge of compliance with Accreditation and local government standards
- Knowledge of care planning and documentation
- Knowledge of AN-ACC
- Experience working in a person-centered care environment
- Experience with innovative approaches to dementia care such as Montessori
- Competence with IT systems and confidence learning new systems
- Current police check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Certificate III or IV qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Current COVID Vaccination record

We would love you to have (not essential):

- Further education in addition to Cert IV
- A Full Victorian license
