We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team on a full time basis.

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while helping customers discover the right skincare, cosmetic and beauty solutions for their needs. You will play a key role in managing and maintaining our beauty department, ensuring our displays are inspiring, our shelves are well stocked, and our customers receive professional advice and service every day.

Key responsibilities

- Providing personalised skincare and beauty advice
- Recommending cosmetic, skincare and wellness products
- Creating an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service
- Driving sales through product knowledge and add-on recommendations
- Maintaining stock levels and replenishing shelves
- Setting up promotional and catalogue displays
- Supporting visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Processing sales and assisting customers at point of purchase




- Keeping the beauty department organised, clean and inviting

About you

You are passionate about beauty and enjoy building genuine connections with customers. You love staying up to date with skincare and cosmetic trends and take pride in creating memorable shopping experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous beauty, cosmetics or skincare experience (highly regarded)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends(including late night trading if required)
- A genuine passion for beauty, health and wellbeing
