We are seeking the following role:

- Toorbul Caravan Park

- Live On Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning (approx 35 hours per week)

Note: This is a live-on-site position, with complimentary on-site accommodation provided as part of the role.

About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- General grounds maintenance, mowing and garden upkeep

- Cleaning and maintaining park facilities, amenities and common areas

- Minor repairs and general handyman duties

- Scheduled preventative maintenance

- Maintaining the overall presentation, cleanliness and upkeep of the park and its facilities

- Identifying and reporting maintenance, cleanliness or safety concerns

- Following our established cleaning, maintenance schedules, systems and procedures

- Working with management to maintain high standards at all times

Live On Site and After Hours Responsibility

As part of the live-on-site arrangement,



the successful candidate will also be the park's designated after-hours point of contact each night.

This involves being available on-site to respond to genuine after-hours matters requiring attention, including emergencies, significant guest disturbances or other urgent park-related issues.

The role is not intended to provide an after-hours reception service or require active duties throughout the night ; however, the successful candidate must be available and capable of responding appropriately when an after-hours matter arises.
