We are seeking reliable and friendly Casual Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our team at Bonnie Hotels Group.
This is a hands-on hospitality role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a busy pub environment. You’ll work across the bar, gaming and general hotel operations, providing great customer service while helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming venue.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we’re also open to enthusiastic applicants who are keen to learn and develop their skills in the industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Serving customers across the bar and gaming areas
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking orders, serving drinks and assisting with general bar duties
- Monitoring and assisting customers in the gaming area
- Assisting with gaming machine payouts and basic gaming procedures
- Keeping bar, gaming and customer areas clean, tidy and well presented
- Restocking beverages and other supplies as required
- Following RSA, liquor licensing, gaming & venue procedures
What we’re looking for
- Previous bar, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred
- Current RSA & ARGC qualifications
- Friendly, reliable & professional approach
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a busy pub environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings & weekends
- Australian citizenship or appropriate Australian working rights is required
