The Amy Jean Privée Collection, our exclusive eyebrow range, was developed to meet the unique needs of our clients, allowing them to enhance their brows in the comfort of their own time.

Receptionist at Beauty Brand

We are seeking a polished and reliable Receptionist to join a premium, client-focused salon. This position is across our Sydney and Double Bay salons.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, thrives in a professional environment, and enjoys delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience.

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

- Managing bookings and client enquiries
- Processing payments and handling POS systems
- Educating clients on services and products
- Stock control and packing a small amount of online orders
- Coordinating stock and supporting daily operations
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation within the space




- General admin tasks
- Assisting management with tasks where necessary
- This is a casual position and not a manager or assistant manager position. You will not be required to manage staff, handle escalated complaints or rostering.

WHO YOU ARE

- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
- Reliable and happy to take the lead
- Strong customer service background
- Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or premium retail highly regarded
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Qualified, discreet, and client-first approach
- Must have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position

AVAILABILITY & REMUNERATION

- 2-4 days per week, changing week to week depending on business needs.
- Candidates that are available on Saturdays are highly favoured.
- $35-$45 per hour
