Precision Labour Hire is looking for a dependable Order Pickers with a current forklift licence to join a busy chemical manufacturing warehouse in Lytton. Most of your day will involve picking orders and manual handling, with forklift work making up around 10% of the role. If you are safety-conscious, accurate and ready for stable ongoing work, we want to hear from you.

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm | Friday: 6:00am–12:00pm

What You’ll Be Doing

- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
- Reading and following pick slips, labels and work instructions
- Completing regular manual handling, including cartons up to approximately 20kg
- Operating a forklift when required
- Maintaining stock accuracy and following site safety procedures

What You’ll Need

- A current Australian forklift licence
- Strong English reading and writing skills




- Positive attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
- The fitness to complete regular manual handling
- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle, as the site is not accessible by public transport and Uber or taxis are not suitable for ongoing travel
- Unrestricted Australian working rights, with no limits on hours or duration of employment
- Previous warehouse, logistics or order-picking experience is highly regarded

PPE Requirements : long cotton drill pants, a long-sleeved yellow hi-vis cotton shirt and steel-cap boots

Please note: Cotton PPE is mandatory in this chemical manufacturing environment. Polyester and other synthetic clothing cannot be worn on site.
