We are an established and growing Melbourne-based food manufacturer, proudly producing premium baked goods for some of Australia's most recognised brands. Our Northern Suburbs facility is a busy, well-run production environment where quality, safety and teamwork are at the core of everything we do.

We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, motivated people to join us on the production floor.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where your contribution matters every single day. You'll be part of a team producing and packing high-quality baked products to strict quality and food safety standards - in a workplace that values its people and invests in their success.

- Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
- Weekend shifts also available for those looking to maximise their hours

This is a casual position with robust potential for consistent, ongoing hours - particularly during peak production periods.

Casual pay rate: $30.35 – $33.19 per hour plus applicable penalty rates for afternoon, weekend and public holiday shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

- Packing and handling finished products with care and consistency




- Operating production and packaging equipment (full training provided)
- Performing quality checks to uphold our high product standards
- Labelling, carton packing and palletising
- Maintaining a clean workspace and meeting food safety requirements
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general production duties as required

About You

No experience in food manufacturing? No problem — we'll train you from day one. What we care about most is your attitude.

- Turn up reliably and on time, every time
- Take pride in doing a job well
- Work well as part of a close-knit team
- Follow instructions and safety procedures carefully
- Are available for day and/or afternoon shifts, with flexibility during busy periods
- Must hold a valid work visa or have legal authorisation to work in Australia
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, warehousing or packing is an advantage but not essential.
