The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of commercial cleaning across a range of sites, including offices, retail locations, schools and commercial properties .

Depending on your roster,



you may work across different locations and environments. You’ll be provided with clear expectations, site-specific training and checklists to help you succeed.

We’re not just looking for someone who can clean — we’re looking for someone who is reliable, takes ownership of their work and wants to grow with the business .

About You

You’ll be a excellent fit if you:

- Have a genuine growth mindset and are open to learning and feedback

- Are reliable, punctual and take pride in doing things properly

- Have strong attention to detail and care about quality

- Can work independently while also being part of a team

- Communicate confidently in English

- Hold a current driver licence

- Have your own reliable transport

- Are comfortable travelling between different work sites when required

No commercial cleaning experience? That’s completely fine.

Some of our best team members started with no industry experience. We can teach you our systems and cleaning methods — what we need from you is the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
