Premier Motor Service is seeking friendly and enthusiastic reservation clerks to join our team based at South Nowra.

Our office operates between 6am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 6pm on Weekends. The positions will be on a rotating roster across these hours and will be approximately 15 -20 hours per week, with additional hours available as required.

Duties include:

Answering incoming calls for our Express service including bookings, enquiries, and feedback

Data entry in our booking system

Responding to email enquiries

Liaising with passengers regarding any service delays or changes

Answering Nowra Coaches calls and providing accurate information regarding local route and school services

Banking preparation

General office duties as directed by management





Friendly and customer focused attitude

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Sound computer and telephone skills

Ability to provide accurate information in an efficient and timely manner

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Available to work diverse days and hours as required

Previous admin and customer service experience

Knowledge of the local area and East Coast between Eden and Cairns

Experience in dealing with difficult customers
