You're one of the friendly faces of CETNAJ Forster; helping customers get what they need, keeping stock moving, and jumping in wherever the team needs a hand.

Key responsibilities

Help customers at the counter and over the phone

Answer questions, provide product details and confirm deliveries

Record back orders and get them to the right person

Pass on tricky questions so customers get the follow-up they need

Work with suppliers and teammates to get orders right

Keep sales paperwork accurate and up to date

Unload bulk stock, using the walkie stacker as required

Handle heavy or bulky stock such as conduit bundles and cable

Put stock away and manage excess stock on pallets and keep the inventory team updated on changes

Call customers and take orders for the delivery run

About you

You can talk clearly with customers and teammates, listen well and get the right information to the right person

You're approachable, friendly and easy to work with





You genuinely want to help and can deal with requests accurately, efficiently and politely

You're willing to learn the products so you can understand what customers need and suggest alternatives

You can organise your day and keep things moving

You can learn and use the Point of Sale and Unibis systems

You pitch in, help others and take initiative when something needs doing

You understand that company procedures are there for a reason and follow them when needed

You're comfortable calculating contract prices for customers

Use safety equipment properly and work in a way that protects your wellbeing
