MQ ENT is an ENT practice with three ENT surgeons as well as specialised paediatricians who work on a regular part time basis. We are a small and friendly team who are looking for a part time (ideally three days per week -24 hours)experienced medical receptionist/secretary with exceptional communication skills and a caring attitude. Knowledge of genie software is highly advantageous as are typing skills. General responsibilities include booking appointments, scheduling surgery, dictaphone typing, billing, scanning and ordering medical and office supplies. The successful applicant must be versatile to cover annual and sick leave. Secure underground parking is provided.
We are located on the edge of Macquarie University near Macquarie Shopping Centre in North Ryde.
