Join Our Friendly & Growing Specialist Orthopaedic Practice

Orthocentre is a leading specialist private practice comprising six orthopaedic surgeons, providing exceptional care in sports injuries, fracture management and joint replacement surgery.

We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our busy and growing practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and eager to build a career in medical administration. No previous medical reception experience is essential - we are looking for the right person with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care. Full training and support will be provided to the right candidate

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. Working alongside our friendly and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting patients at the front desk

Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries

Booking and managing patient appointments

Coordinating theatre lists and hospital admissions

Liaising with patients, hospitals and our specialist surgeons





Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice

Building positive relationships with patients and our medical team

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Must be confident in multitasking and remain calm under pressure

Reliable, proactive and motivated

Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
