OT Assistant/Admin Support: Perfect for 3rd or 4th Year OT Student!

Wide Bay Therapy is a private allied health clinic based in Gympie, delivering occupational therapy services to clients across the lifespan, from paediatrics through to older adults, and across a wide range of funding types.

About the Role

We're looking for a current 3rd or 4th year Occupational Therapy student to join our team in a dual front desk and OT Assistant role. This is a great chance to gain paid, real-world experience inside a busy private practice, the kind of exposure that gives you a real head start as you move into your career.

You'll work alongside a team of high-achieving OT professionals, gaining insight into how a clinic operates day-to-day, from client-facing service delivery through to the administrative and funding processes that keep it all running.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Welcoming our clients as they arrive and managing front-of-house enquiries

Supporting our OTs in daily clinical and administrative tasks

Assisting with appointment bookings and scheduling





Working alongside our experienced admin team, handling basic admin tasks

Getting a taste of every corner of clinic life; no two days are the same!
