Retail Security Officers – Redlands
We’re seeking reliable and skilled Retail Security Officers to join our team across busy retail sites throughout the Redlands Coast, including Capalaba Park, Victoria Point Shopping Centre, and Cleveland Central.
Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft and ensure safety
- Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV for suspicious activity
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations
- Apply First Aid and CPR when required
- Control access to restricted areas and loading docks
- Resolve conflict using calm de-escalation techniques
- Complete accurate incident reports and security documentation
What we're looking for
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional presentation and high level of integrity
- Availability to work the advertised roster
- Driver's Licence and reliable transport (preferred)
