Elite Supplements is coming to Strathpine , and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused Supplement Sales Specialists to join our brand-new team ahead of our opening in early October.

THE ROLE

As a Supplement Sales Specialist, you'll be on the shop floor helping customers find the right products for their individual health, fitness and performance goals.

You'll be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great in-store experience

- Providing personalised product recommendations and expert advice

- Driving sales and working towards individual and store targets and KPIs

- Building genuine relationships with customers and creating repeat business

- Developing strong knowledge across sports nutrition, supplements and our product range

- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, merchandising and cleanliness

- Assisting with stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations

- Supporting promotions, product launches,



sampling and other store activities

- Working as part of a positive, energetic and high‑performing team

Don't have extensive supplement knowledge? That's okay – we'll train you! We're looking for the right attitude, strong people skills and a willingness to learn.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

- Has retail, sales or customer service experience – highly regarded but not essential

- Is confident, outgoing and enjoys talking to customers

- Has a genuine interest in health, fitness and supplementation

- Is motivated by achieving sales targets and delivering great results

- Has strong communication and people skills

- Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn

- Thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment

- Is available to work a adaptable casual roster, including weekends and late‑night trading as required

Supplement knowledge is a bonus, but attitude, customer service and willingness to learn are just as important.

Please note: Our Strathpine store is scheduled to open in early October 2026 . Successful applicants will also need to be available throughout the busy Christmas and New Year retail period, including weekends and public holidays as required.
