About the Role

As a Traffic Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the safe and efficient movement of traffic, pedestrians, and work crews across a variety of projects, including:

- Civil construction works
- Road maintenance projects
- Infrastructure upgrades
- High-speed traffic management environments

You’ll work as part of a professional team committed to safety, compliance, and delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

- Line marking operations
- High-friction surface treatments

- Other specialised road safety solutions

Participation in field operations is completely optional. We welcome candidates who wish to work solely as Traffic Controllers,



as well as those interested in developing additional skills. Team members undertaking multi-skilled duties will be rewarded with increased pay rates reflecting their expanded responsibilities.

To be considered, you must have:

- Current General Construction Industry White Card
- Current Queensland Traffic Controller Industry Authority (Stop/Slow Bat)
- Current Queensland Traffic Management Implementation Card
- MR and/or HR Driver Licence (Not Required but highly Advantageous)
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and professionalism
- Full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

Depending on your qualifications and experience, duties may include:

- Performing traffic control duties across a variety of worksites
- Operating Portable Traffic Control Devices (PTCDs)
- Implementing traffic management plans in high-speed environments
- Operating TMA, Cone Truck and VMS vehicles
- Leading traffic control crews and managing site safety (for experienced TMI Crew Leaders)
- Maintaining a safe, positive, inclusive and tidy work environment
- Supporting team operations across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding regions
