This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support your team to deliver great customer experiences, strong results, and a positive store culture. You’ll work closely with customers - from DIYers to trade professionals - helping them find the right solutions every time.

What you will do:

- Coach and mentor team members to ensure efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all online orders to meet customer expectations.
- Engage with tradies, contractors, and business owners to understand their needs and deliver tailored product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers to drive repeat business and sales growth.
- Use your trade expertise to confidently recommend tools and equipment that improve job site efficiency.
- Deliver fast,



reliable service to keep our customers stocked and ready to work.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell complementary products to maximise customer value.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Experience in trade, sales, or business development—ideal for ex-tradies looking to transition into a customer-focused role.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term B2B connections.

- Weekend availability is a must.
