We are a kitchen cabinets spray painting business based in Pakenham and we are currently seeking a general labourer/sander to join our team. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual who is willing to learn the art of spray painting and take on recent tasks.

Responsibilities

- Assisting with the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding , masking and wrapping
- Supporting the spray painters with the mixing and applications of paints
- Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Requirements

- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with other team members
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Must wear supplied PPE
- Previous experience in sanding or a similar role is preferred, but not required
