About the Role

Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, the Senior Procurement Lead delivers procurement services to internal stakeholders and suppliers while supporting the broader National Procurement function.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Lead supplier performance reviews across pricing, service delivery, business support and HSE requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, including product reviews, pricing, performance and implementation initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for procurement-related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide procurement advice, training and guidance on products, processes and best practice.
- Prepare recommendations and communicate supplier, pricing, allocation and process changes across the business.
- Support Procurement Coordinators to build capability and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Partner with The Edge Selection Studio and suppliers on product implementation and review activities.
- Drive continuous improvement through enhanced procurement systems, processes and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

- Diploma or Certificate in Building/Construction (or relevant experience)
- Strong understanding of estimating and construction processes
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving and organisational capability
- High attention to detail and ability to work proactively across teams
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge of construction databases
- Experience in reviewing and improving workplace practices
