Theteamisalreadyperformingexceptionallywell.Cliniciansareexperienced,consistentlyachievingtheirKPIsandworkwithahighlevelofautonomy.It'sn'taleadershiprolewhereyou'llbewalkingintoproblemsorspendingyourtimeperformancemanaging.It'sanopportunitytoinheritagreatteam,supportthemclinicallyandhelpcontinuegrowingtheservice.

The role

You'llprovide leadershipandclinicalsupporttotheSpeechPathologyteamwhilemaintainingasmallerpersonalcaseload,allowingyoutoremainconnectedtoclinicalpractice.

Thereisplentyofautonomywithinthepositionandgenuineflexibilityaroundhowyoustructureyourweek,withonlyoneofficedayrequiredperweek.
