BBC Painting , one of Australia’s largest and most established commercial painting contractors, to appoint a high-calibre Project Manager to support their continued expansion across QLD.

With over 30 years of proven success and a strong pipeline of major commercial work, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects and play a key role in a growing national business .

PROJECTS MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position is suited to a results-driven Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and site teams.

You will have full responsibility for project delivery, commercial outcomes, and team performance , with the autonomy to make decisions and drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- End-to-end management of multiple commercial painting projects

- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to margin targets

- Lead and manage supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams

- Build and maintain strong client relationships





- Oversee tender reviews, documentation, and project setup

- Manage costs, procurement, and financial performance

- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and company systems

ABOUT YOU

You are a proven operator within the construction industry, with a robust track record of delivering projects and managing competing priorities.

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager (commercial construction)

- Strong understanding of drawings, finishes schedules, and scopes

- Commercially astute with strong negotiation capability

- Confident leader with the ability to influence and drive teams

- Highly organised, proactive, and outcome-focused
