Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business and customer needs.
- Translate customer, operational and technical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations and Delivery teams to support successful feature delivery and remove blockers.
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery reviews and acceptance testing activities.
- Drive product enhancements, service improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Gather and assess customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve usability, reliability and service outcomes.
- Maintain product roadmaps, release documentation and operational readiness artefacts.
- Support product launches, enhancements and service changes through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Contribute to ongoing product lifecycle management to ensure services remain fit-for-purpose and operationally effective.
