Qualifications & experience
- We are looking for a PM who has solid experience in commercial, industrial and class 2 projects
- Education from a trade background with diploma or degree based in construction
- We are looking for a person that has had a minimum 5 years experience
- Applicants must hold a current Australian drivers licence
- You will be computer literate and proficient in a range of software
- We are looking for a driven and motivated person
Tasks & responsibilities
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in;
- Contract management
- Sub contractor control and management
- Ability to engage and communicate with clients and stakeholders
- WHS and environmental
- Knowledge and application of QA
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Program development and delivery
