Scope Australia is seeking a 12-month fixed term skilled to contribute to its transformation journey within the Quality and Systems domain. The role will own the full lifecycle from design to implementation of an improved feedback and complaints management approach at Scope.
You will lead the design, planning and delivery, working with Head of Quality Systems and Improvement and specialists in NDIS & Disability to ensure governance and alignment with FY 2027 priorities.
