As we continue to shape the urban landscape, we are seeking a skilled and motivated client-side Design Manager to uphold the Mosaic brand and ensure excellence in design and project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support all stages of the project lifecycle by reviewing and analysing designs, documentation, and drawings to ensure alignment with Mosaic standards, budgets, and design intent.
- Evaluate apartment layouts and provide recommendations that enhance functionality and overall design outcomes.
- Participate in marketing‑phase activities, including reviewing renders, finishes, styling, and marketing materials.
- Lead the selection of finishes and fixtures that balance quality, aesthetics, and budget requirements, and manage the sample review and sign‑off process.
- Conduct milestone site inspections and provide architectural guidance to ensure works align with design intent, documentation, and brand standards.
- Attend site meetings to respond to design‑related queries and RFIs, and work proactively with construction teams to minimise delays, rework, and cost impacts.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, supplier innovations, and market developments to support high‑quality, contemporary design outcomes.
- Oversee the design and coordination of project wayfinding signage.
- Collaborate closely with development, construction, and other internal teams to achieve cohesive project outcomes.
- Actively contribute to weekly design and development workshops and assist with consultant coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have:

- 5 years minimum post‑graduation work experience in multi‑residential projects as a Project Lead / Design Manager, working on design led projects.
- Design, documentation and site experience
- Bachelor of Architectural Design




- Strong communication skills with project stakeholders
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Passionate about architecture, interior design and place making with a valuable, practical, design eye.
- Registered Architect (advantageous, but not a requirement)
- Interior Design experience (advantageous, but not a requirement)
