Key responsibilities

Deliver efficient, cost-effective facilities management services that support client expectations, occupier experience and agreed service standards.

Coordinate repairs, maintenance and operational works by liaising with contractors, vendors, tenants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion and clear communication.

Build trusted relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and service partners, resolving issues in a professional, responsive and collaborative manner.

Prepare, manage and update annual Opex and Capex programmes and budgets in conjunction with the client and broader team.

Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, asset management processes and premises management initiatives relevant to a retail mixed use environment.

Prepare consolidated monthly reports covering service requests, key operational issues, tenancy matters, completed works, upcoming priorities and items requiring client attention.

Use property, maintenance, inspections and reporting systems effectively to track activity, monitor performance and support timely decision-making.

Undertake regular inspections to identify maintenance, presentation, safety, compliance and customer experience matters, ensuring actions are recorded and followed through.

Monitor WHS, contractor documentation,



statutory maintenance and essential services requirements, escalating risks or compliance matters as required.

About you

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with tenants, clients, contractors and colleagues at all levels.

Strong relationship-building capability and a service-focused approach to stakeholder management.

Tech savvy, with the ability to confidently use maintenance, inspections, reporting and Microsoft Office systems to manage workflow and communicate outcomes.

Minimum 5 years Facilities management experience across sophisticated retail, mixed use, commercial or customer-facing assets.

Strong understanding of contractor coordination, preventative maintenance, compliance and day-to-day building operations.

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, reporting requirements and service-related financial administration (strata environment experience highly desirable).

Proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy CBD environment.

Good working knowledge of WH&S; and contractor compliance requirements.

Tertiary qualifications in a property discipline or a relevant trade background are highly regarded.

Must have valid drivers' licence and insured vehicle.
