About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join a leading finance organisation. This is a hands‑on delivery role where you will lead Agile squads through complex initiatives, helping to uplift delivery capability while ensuring high-quality outcomes in a regulated, enterprise environment. You'll work closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to enable smooth migration to up-to-date cloud platforms while embedding strong Agile practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, showcases)
- Lead and coach squads through end-to-enddelivery
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritised, value‑driven backlogs
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and reporting
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, concise delivery updates
- Support delivery alignment within a regulated finance/insurance environment

Key Requirements





- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise environments
- Experience working on End User Computing programs
- Experience within financial services organisations highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate in complex, regulated, fast‑paced environments
- Experience with Jira, Confluence

Nice to Have

- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of cloud landing zones or platform engineering concepts
