Randstad partners with a luxury apartment developer on the Gold Coast, seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead end-to-end contract administration on large-scale multi-unit projects.

You will manage subcontract packages, procurement, cost control, variations, progress claims, forecasting and monthly financial reporting, while partnering with project teams and senior leadership to deliver contractual obligations, budgets and milestones.
