Two Dolphins NRL players have sat this course. We're looking for the trainer good enough to run it.

Premier Standards (RTO 31513) is calling for expressions of interest from independent contractor Trainers and Assessors who want to set the standard, not just meet it. If you already run a tight, safe session and you're ready to prove it on a bigger stage, we want to hear from you.

You'll deliver and assess our four-unit Premier Earthmoving Essentials Bundle at our Pinkenba training yard in Brisbane. We're growing fast: we're more than doubling what we can deliver, and we're building a bench of trainers for the long run, not filling one weekend.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Train and assess RIIMPO320F (excavator), RIIMPO318F (skid steer loader), RIIMPO317F (roller) and RIIHAN308F (load and unload plant)

Run the day to standard: prestart, fuel check, safety brief, training, assessment, pack-down

Leave the yard ready for the next day, and the paperwork ready for audit

Collect your assessment evidence through our own online learning management platform, nothing lost in a stack of paper

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

These are the minimums for delivering nationally recognised units, not a wish list. Certified copies are provided after you're successfully through the interview, not before.

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or its recognised equivalent

Vocational competency in all four bundle units, at or above the level you'll be assessing, and current

A current Verification of Competency (VOC) on each of the four machine types

CPCWHS1001 General Construction Induction (White Card), for site access

A current driver's licence and a registered, roadworthy vehicle.



Manual transmission preferred

Your own current ABN, as a sole trader or through your own company

- Independent contractor under a Contractor Services Agreement, multiple days per week, flexible
- Scheduled delivery at the Pinkenba yard on mutually agreed week or weekend days
- We recognise that quality costs. We're not chasing the cheapest trainer, we'll pay for consistent quality and great training experiences
- Real, ongoing delivery days as we scale, not a single booking
- Potential for full-time employment after a mutually successful three month engagement

Premier Standards (RTO 31513) is training the people who will help build Brisbane as it heads toward the 2032 Olympics. Construction is walking into a boom, and a substantial skilled worker shortage. Our mission is to give every student the best training possible, and every opportunity to succeed in a once in a generation boom.

We work with the Dolphins (NRL), and we sponsor the Norths Devils Rugby League Football Club, whose players train for their tickets and step into industry crews on the same pathway this role delivers.
