We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to help lead and grow our Landscape Architecture team.

The Opportunity

This is more than a project delivery role.

As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will provide leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects including masterplanned communities, public open space networks, parks, streetscapes, recreation facilities, community infrastructure and public realm projects.

You will work closely with our Planning, Urban Design, Engineering and Surveying teams to create places that are both functional and memorable. In addition to leading project delivery, you will mentor staff, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development and the continued growth of our landscape architecture offering.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of landscape architecture and public realm projects.
- Prepare and oversee landscape masterplans, public domain plans and open space strategies.
- Provide technical direction and quality assurance across projects.
- Lead and mentor landscape architects, graduates and project teams.
- Collaborate with urban designers, planners, engineers and surveyors to deliver integrated project outcomes.
- Present design concepts and project outcomes to clients, councils and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with proposals, submissions and business development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the Landscape Architecture business.
- Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the team.

About You

You will bring:

- 8+ years' experience in Landscape Architecture.
- Qualifications in Landscape Architecture and membership (or eligibility for membership) with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.
- Demonstrated experience in NSW delivering public realm, open space and community infrastructure projects.
- Strong design, technical and project management capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development.
- A passion for creating places that improve community outcomes.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in residential communities, masterplanned developments and urban renewal projects.
- Experience working with local government, state government or major private-sector developers.
- Established industry networks within NSW.
- Experience securing and managing repeat client work.
- Leadership experience and a desire to help grow a high-performing team.
