The Opportunity

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Sunny Coast branch. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch, leading the team, growing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong commercial focus and wants to make a real impact on branch performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and support the branch sales and warehouse teams.
- Drive sales performance and achieve branch budgets and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day sales and distribution operations of the branch.
- Work closely with Business Development to identify and convert opportunities.




- Ensure customers receive a high level of service, including at the trade counter.
- Support a safe, productive and positive team environment.

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially focused leader with experience managing a team and delivering results.

Experience in fasteners, industrial supplies, trade or construction would be beneficial, but isn’t essential. What’s most key is your ability to lead people, build customer relationships and take ownership of branch performance.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous leadership or branch management experience.
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- A practical and hands-on approach.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of branch performance.
- The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- A strong focus on safety and customer service.
