Job Description
We are a general practice law firm with two offices located in the Bayside area which handles residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leasing, wills & probate, family law, commercial litigation and domestic building matters.

We are currently expanding our team and require a full time Solicitor, with a particular focus on family law.
n
You will manage your own file load with a high degree of autonomy, from taking initial instructions through to resolution, and will be expected to provide sound, practical advice to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

Handle family law matters as a primary focus
n
Work across general practice areas, including litigation, estate planning and administration, employment law,



leases and solicitors' certificates
n
About you
n
Minimum of 5 years post-admission experience
n
At least 2 years' experience in family law
n
Solid experience across general practice areas
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Friendly, professional manner
n
Ability to work efficiently and cope well under pressure
