This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, variety and being out on different sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Your work will vary depending on the job. Full training will be provided. No tools/equipment required. As you become more capable, you'll be given more responsibility. For the right person, the progression is: General Labourer → Senior Team Member → Team Leader. A Team Leader will eventually be trusted to run jobs, manage another worker or small crew, communicate with clients and make sure work is completed to Cavalry Cleans' standards.

Commercial and industrial glass cleaning
Water-fed pole window cleaning
General commercial cleaning
Construction and final cleans
Deep cleaning
End-of-lease cleaning
Moving and setting up equipment
Basic labouring and site preparation
Working alongside other cleaners and labourers
Assisting with quality checks and job completion
About you

Experience in cleaning, labouring, landscaping, warehousing, removals, construction, window cleaning or other physical work will be highly regarded. Driver's licence and reliable transport are strongly preferred.
