Seascape Joinery is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a factory floor built on strong standards, a high-performing team, and a genuine culture of ownership. We are looking for a leader who can drive that culture forward.

From intricate custom work to large-scale commercial fitouts, we work with a select group of clients who share our commitment to quality. Our modern Coolum Beach factory runs on LEAN principles and CNC machinery, backed by a state-of-the-art ERP (Innergy) and industry-leading CAD software (Microvellum), giving our team the tools and processes to deliver at the highest level.

The Role

As Production Manager, you will set the tone for how the floor operates: the standards people hold themselves to, the way problems are handled, and a culture that keeps our team pulling in the same direction. You will coach and develop your team of seven staff, and hold the line on our standards, both construction quality and workplace behaviour. You will be present on the floor daily, setting priorities, allocating work orders,



and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with your Production Coordinator to run the floor as a unified team, using our ERP that gives real-time visibility across every job.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the floor

Own the production schedule and resource allocation, keeping jobs moving without delay

Oversee quality control on every work order prior to installation

Maintain rigorous WHS and 5S standards

Coach and develop your team, from apprentices through to your most experienced tradespeople

Identify recurring issues and work with other departments to resolve them at the source

About You

Experience leading and shaping a solid team culture

Proven ability to hold a team accountable to a high standard, aligning with our culture and values

Strong knowledge of CNC workflows and shop drawings

A solid grounding in WHS, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles

Physically capable and willing to work alongside your team on the floor when required
