About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving key performance objectives. You'll have the opportunity to manage your own customer portfolio, build strong relationships, generate new business opportunities, and guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey.





Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

- Prospect for new business opportunities

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Follow a structured "Road to the Sale" process

- Negotiate effectively to achieve strong outcomes for customers and the dealership

- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate:

- Proven success in automotive sales

- Robust retail sales experience and customer service skills

- A consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities

- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

- Professional presentation and attention to detail

- A positive attitude and team-first approach

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
