Access Dental Services is looking for an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join our established and busy practice.

We have a strong existing hygiene patient base and excellent demand , so you won't need to spend months building your own books. We have patients ready for you.

What We Offer

- High remuneration depending on experience and clinical skills

- $125K–$150K+ potential package for full-time work

- Sign-on bonus $2,000* for the right candidate

- Annual CPD allowance $1,500*

- Paid CPD days

- Established patient base with strong hygiene demand

- Dental assistant support in surgery

- 30–60 minute appointments

- Friendly, experienced and supportive team

- Modern digital dentistry including CEREC, iTero and digital radiography

Your Role





Your role will focus on providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care and building strong, long-term relationships with patients.

This may include:

- Hygiene and periodontal maintenance

- Preventive care and patient education

- EMS AIRFLOW® treatments

- Paediatric care within your scope of practice

- Orthodontic maintenance

- Digital scans using iTero and CEREC

- Mouthguards and retainers

- Digital records, photography and radiographs

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- AHPRA registered as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist

- Friendly, positive and professional

- An excellent communicator

- Comfortable treating children and families

- Passionate about preventive and periodontal care

- Reliable and motivated

- Keen to work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
