Your New Role

As the Practice Manager, you will lead the nursing and administration team, support doctors, oversee daily operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. You’ll also work closely with an experienced Regional Manager who will provide mentoring and support while giving you the autonomy to lead.

Your Current Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of a busy GP & Skin Cancer Clinic
- Lead and support the administration staff
- Manage scheduling, appointments and patient flow
- Improve systems, policies and clinic efficiency
- Ensure accurate records and NSW healthcare compliance
- Support doctors, nurses and clinical staff
