This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is ready to step into a key leadership position, working closely with the Facility Manager and supporting a dedicated clinical and care team.

The Opportunity

As Care Manager, you will provide solid clinical leadership across the home, ensuring high standards of resident care, clinical governance and compliance while developing and supporting your team.

You will oversee a structure comprising Clinical Team Leaders, Registered Nurses and care staff, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, team development and positive resident outcomes.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse and proven residential aged care leader who is confident stepping into a Care Manager position.

You will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Care Manager experience within residential aged care
- Minimum 4 years' experience in aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of clinical governance
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional resident outcomes
