We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer with strong expertise in CRM integrations to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or other CRM applications with enterprise systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft integration solutions using Anypoint Platform.
- Integrate CRM applications (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, etc.) with ERP, billing, finance, marketing, customer service, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and event‑driven integrations.
- Build scalable and reusable integration components, connectors, and APIs.
- Implement API‑led connectivity architecture and MuleSoft best practices.
- Configure and manage Mule applications in CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on‑premises environments.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, CRM teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Create technical documentation, API specifications, and integration design documents.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Expertise in CRM integrations,



preferably Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and API design principles.
- Experience with DataWeave transformations.
- Knowledge of API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager, and CloudHub.
- Experience with JSON, XML, XSD, RAML, and OpenAPI specifications.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware concepts.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and API security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Knowledge of message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Qualifications
