Road Transport Maintenance Coordinator | Relocate to Sunny Queensland

We’re currently seeking an experiencedRoad Transport Maintenance Coordinatorbased inSydney with the opportunity to relocate to Queensland and join our expanding operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Road Transport and leadership who is ready for a fresh challenge and a change of scenery.

You’ll take the reins of a high-performing team of Heavy Road Transport Mechanics operating across the East Coast, with the support of experienced coordinators and a skilled administration team.

Monday to Friday | 6am - 4pm | Queensland-based role

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan, coordinate and oversee a team of Road Transport Mechanics across the East Coast
- Collaborate with internal teams to align labour resources with customer requirements and breakdown support
- Lead team performance, provide motivation and recognise achievements
- Support recruitment activities, including interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding
- Conduct regular site travel to build strong client relationships and complete team performance and safety checks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

- Mechanical Trade Qualification (desirable)




- Previous experience in a similar leadership role, or as a Workshop/Service Supervisor or Transport Allocator
- Strong experience within the Road Transport industry
- A strong commercial mindset and passion for growing a successful business
- The willingness and excitement torelocate from New South Wales to Queensland
