We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of a busy, rapid-moving logistics operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts at once. You could come from transport, logistics, dispatch, events, hospitality or another operationally intensive environment.

Experience working with VIPs, high-profile clients or premium services would be highly regarded, but it is not essential . What matters most is your ability to run a tight operation, lead a team and deliver an exceptional level of service.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will oversee the operational function and ensure everything runs smoothly from initial planning through to live delivery.

The operation can involve coordinating 40–50+ drivers in a day across multiple states , so you need to be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly and problems need to be solved in real time.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations, scheduling and dispatch

- Coordinating drivers, operators and contractors





- Preparing and managing runsheets and operational requirements

- Ensuring drivers, vehicles and resources are ready for upcoming work

- Responding to operational issues and last-minute changes

- Leading and supporting the existing operations team

- Improving processes, systems and SOPs as the business continues to develop

- Maintaining visibility across bookings, scheduling and operational performance

- Coordinating vehicle maintenance and operational readiness

- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery

- Maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Strong experience in operations, logistics, transport, scheduling or dispatch

- Previous experience leading people within a fast-paced operational environment

- Excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills

- The ability to make quick, sensible decisions under pressure

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- A proactive approach to solving problems rather than waiting for direction

- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

- A professional and discreet approach when dealing with clients

Experience within VIP transport, luxury hospitality, concierge services, touring, events, security or private aviation would be advantageous, but is not a requirement .

Why This Role?

This isn't a traditional desk-based Operations Manager position. You will be at the centre of an operation supporting everything from major music festivals and touring artists through to premium private clients and high-profile individuals.

You will have genuine ownership of the operation, work closely with the Director and have the opportunity to improve how the business operates as it continues to develop.
