Illawarra Toyota has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant New Vehicle Sales Manager to join and lead our multi award-winning Sales Team and Dealership.

The successful applicant will need to have previous experience in Current Vehicle Sales.

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will be required to motivate our Sales team in order to reach their full potential and achieve great results. You will also be expected to achieve and exceed all manufacturer performance targets whilst optimising dealership profitability and achieving excellent standards of customer service.

The successful applicant must have previous experience in Automotive Sales in a high-volume new vehicle franchise and possess the below essential qualities and skills required for this position:

- Strong leadership skills
- Ambitious, confident and self-motivated
- Having the ability to mentor and develop a team
- Dynamic and strong customer focus
- The ability to work well under pressure and be prepared to dedicate the necessary hours in order to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to adopt a hands-on approach and not be afraid to roll up the sleeves in order to get the job done
- Have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment




- Have demonstrated ability to meet manufacturer sales and performance targetsAchievement in establishing and maintaining a very high standard of customer service
- Be well presented and enjoy interacting with people
