We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a long-term project based in Brisbane.

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, improve processes and support the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Facilitating workshops and engaging with key stakeholders
- Translating business needs into transparent user stories and Salesforce solutions
- Process mapping, gap analysis and solution design
- Working closely with Salesforce developers, architects and delivery teams
- Supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities
- Working within complex project and delivery environments

Previous experience working across Salesforce implementation, transformation or enhancement projects will be highly regarded.
