Job Description
JIVARO Recruitment is seeking an experienced People & Culture Lead to own and scale the HR function across a quick-growing, multi-site retail business in Australia. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people initiatives that support an ambitious expansion pipeline and international growth.

You'll build and coach a high-performing HR/TA/L&D; team, implement scalable HR processes, and roll out recent systems and an ATS to optimise recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
