Job Description
Allianz is seeking a Strategic Mental Health Specialist for workers' compensation, based in Sydney or Charlestown. This role will develop mental health claim strategies and coach teams to improve outcomes, with a secondment for up to 12 months.

You will analyze portfolios, partner with internal and external experts, and deliver training to promote mentally healthy workplaces while supporting tender prospects and industry engagement.
