Job Description
NRMA Parks & Resorts seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house at Tides Kitchen & Bar, Angourie Resort near Yamba. You'll oversee restaurant, cafe, and bar service, drive guest experiences and mentor a high-performing team.

Reporting to Head of Food & Beverage, you'll create a welcoming coastal dining experience, manage rosters and stock, ensure RSA compliance, and collaborate with Head Chef to deliver seamless service.
