Are you an experienced Civil Supervisor looking for your next long-term project opportunity?

We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project with a leading Tier 1 contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale project alongside an experienced delivery team, with strong opportunities for ongoing work.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities, leading site crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising civil construction crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinating daily site activities, labour, plant and materials.
- Ensuring construction works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
- Monitoring productivity, quality and progress.
- Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and site meetings.
- Working closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers and the wider project team.
- Maintaining strong safety,



quality and environmental standards.
- Identifying and resolving site issues to keep works progressing.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor on major civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership and site supervision experience.
- A sound understanding of civil construction methodologies.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to safety and project delivery.
- Experience across infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy, roads or transmission projects is highly regarded.
