Working directly with the CFO, this role exists to enhance the Senior Leadership Team in decision support - bringing the analysis, the options and a recommendation, then tracking the value through to the P&L.;

About the role

- Own and deliver month-end management reporting
- Lead monthly forecasting and Business Unit reporting, and drive the annual budget
- Prepare monthly CFO reporting and Business Review packs
- Analyse revenue, COGS, OPEX and profit performance, and flag risks and opportunities
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX, and partner with business stakeholders on both
- Deliver supply chain value creation, procurement and product costing analysis
- Drive process, systems and automation improvements across FP&A;

About you

This role is ideally suited to a high-performing FP&A; Analyst,



Commercial Analyst or Management Reporting Analyst looking to step into their first senior-level position and broaden their exposure to executive stakeholders and business partnering. Responsibilities include:

- 4-6+ years in FP&A;, commercial analysis or management reporting
- Robust budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and financial modelling skills
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, analytical and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Manufacturing experience - product costing, production variances and inventory
- Experience across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels
- Supply chain or procurement analysis exposure an advantage
