The Opportunity

Based in our Arndell Park office, we're seeking a commercially driven Sales & Operations Manager with a strong background in sales, business development and account management.

The key focus of this role will be winning new business, growing existing accounts and building strong client relationships across blue-collar and technical industries. You'll proactively identify recent opportunities, develop industry connections and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Alongside the sales focus, you'll support the operational delivery of labour hire services,



ensuring workforce requirements are met and clients receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business and secure new clients requiring blue-collar labour solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Grow existing accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
- Develop strong client relationships and industry networks
- Prepare quotations and tailored labour solutions
- Oversee workforce delivery, rostering and client requirements
- Work closely with recruitment teams to meet workforce needs
- Ensure compliance, service quality and operational standards are maintained

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
- Strong ability to generate leads, win new business and grow client accounts
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in labour hire, recruitment or workforce solutions highly regarded
- Rail, construction, engineering or technical industry experience advantageous
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Current driver's licence desirable
