They are looking to add an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to their Investments & Transactions team, working closely with senior members of the business across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role

- Involvement across origination, underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring
- Building and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions
- Preparing credit and investment committee papers
- Conducting due diligence across new opportunities
- Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers

They are looking to add an Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate to their Investments & Transactions team, working closely with senior members of the business across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role

- Involvement across origination, underwriting, execution and ongoing portfolio monitoring

About You

- 3–5 years' experience in real estate, ideally with exposure to debt/credit (equity-side candidates also welcome)
- Real estate experience across multiple sectors
- Strong financial modelling skills
- A proactive attitude, with a genuine desire to learn and grow with the business
- Experience at a smaller, more specialist firm is well regarded, though not essential
